ALNWICK/HALDIMAND TOWNSHIP
This is to notify you that the Vote By Mail Kit that you have just received in the mail states that you are eligible to vote for one (1) of the four candidates for the English Public School Trustee, this is INCORRECT.
You are, in fact, eligible to vote for TWO (2) of the four candidates as listed on your ballot.
If you have marked your ballot for only one candidate and have dropped the ballot off at the one of the municipal offices or have already mailed your ballot, please contact the municipal office at 905-349-2822 for assistance.

All eligible electors in Alnwick/Haldimand Township will receive their Vote-By-Mail kits in their regular Canada Post mail, commencing on September 28th, 2010
Mark your ballot, enclose it in the appropriate envelope
as provided in the kit and
drop it in any Canada Post box or
drop it into the Municipal Office personally.
